David Chappell has another good article about Service-Oriented Architecture on his blog. Thsi one deals with Bottom-Up SOA design vs. Top-Down SOA design. He says that Top-Down SOA proposals are non-starters in many organizations and that most IT shops using SOA today begin with Bottom-Up implementations.
